This position is opened to cover a maternity leave of 6 months. If performance is strong and business circumstances allow, there may be opportunities to move into other roles within the company.
As a junior training specialist, you will help in building and developing training schedules for projects as per required training matrix and mandatory regulations.
You will play an important role in strengthening the competence in the department and take part in establishing dedicated support for our MED resource planning teams.
The responsibilities are:
- Building training schedule for projects and training plans for our technicians
- Schedule trainings with the technicians
- Help the team with the Training matrix as support for development of teams & talented techs
- Updating client and Fairwind/Wind1000 platforms/databases (uploading and downloading certificates for all technicians)
- Collect and analyse data, and prepare ad hoc reports for stakeholders, with support from the Training Administration
- Provide support to Resource Management teams in resolving issues related to day-to-day project execution
- Preparing training analysis in accordance with Client requirements
- Support the Resource Management teams in meeting training requirements
Requisitos mínimos
Your qualifications
- At least 1 year of exp in a similar position or administrative positions.
- Minimum B2 English and proficiency in the Office 365 products (Excel as highest priority)
- High attendance to details and the ability to follow the departmental processes but in close dialogues with & across our international departments.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Adjusting training approaches based on availability of both Training Centre and technicians.
- Time Management & Organization: Handling multiple follow-ups on training duties efficiently
